FOCL is our flagship wellness brand, offered direct to consumer via our e-commerce platform and related digital marketing channels. Supported by a proven team of founders, investors, and advisors, we’re building our dream team and looking for a few superstars. This is a full-time position on-site at our office in Westlake Village or Hollywood, California. Will consider remote position for the right candidate.

Ideal candidates must have (be):

  • 2+ years of experience in launching and managing direct affiliate programs in CPG and e-commerce.
  • Experienced with E-commerce/web-based companies.
  • Experienced in Refersion.
  • Extremely knowledgeable in affiliate marketing with the ability to train and educate other team members.
  • Have strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated to work both independently and in a team.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Interest/Love for CBD and/or health and wellness, a plus!

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the development of our in-house affiliate platform.
  • Launching new and managing existing affiliate programs.
  • Generating and analyzing reports, trends and other data to effectively communicate results and insights back to the FOCL team.
  • Negotiating placements, collaborations, exclusives and other optimization opportunities with affiliate entities to build successful partnerships and affiliate strategies.
  • Creating and updating creatives on a regular basis that align with our in-house and affiliate exclusive calendars.
  • Monitoring affiliate organizations in regards to performance, use of creatives, bidding rights and optimization.
  • Identifying and implementing unique growth opportunities in non-standard channels.
